Lotus Dental Clinic
The clinic's online presence didn't match its quality.
As Dr. Yano’s first practice, Lotus grew piece by piece. Over time, the website, social media, and early marketing ended up feeling disconnected instead of telling one clear story.
For patients considering complex, high-stakes dental treatment, that gap causes hesitation. They need to see real proof of the results, understand what sets the clinic apart, and feel total confidence before booking. We started by making those answers obvious and effortless to find.
The job was not to make Lotus look like a different clinic. It was to help people see the quality that was already there.

Give patients a variety of valuable content to earn their trust.
Nobody books major surgery just because a website looks pretty. People need to trust the doctor and see real proof of their work. Instead of treating videos, social content, and website pages like separate projects, we tied them all together into one clear path. Someone could start with a quick search, see a case study on YouTube or Instagram, check out real patient stories, and take the next step whenever they felt ready.
Establishing Lotus Tokyo as a premium practice from the get-go.
For the second clinic launch, generic stock imagery was not an option. We built a 100% genuine photo library capturing live surgeries and state-of-the-art treatment rooms. This carried over the trusted standard of the first clinic while making it obvious that Lotus Tokyo was built for high-level, premium dentistry.

A connected system for showing the work and guiding the decision.
01
A clearer implant journey
An implant landing page, patient guide and supporting content gave people a more useful route from first interest to enquiry.
02
Proof patients could see
A 12-month patient documentary followed a full-mouth restoration from consultation to completion, making the human outcome and standard of care more tangible.
03
Education that built confidence
Films and content explained modern digital dentistry, treatment decisions and specialist procedures in language patients could follow.
04
A more consistent public presence
Website pages, social case content, clinic signage and wider marketing design began to work from the same clearer story of quality, technology and care.
05
A prepared second-clinic launch
When Lotus Tokyo opened, launch photography, interior imagery, a cinematic hero film and a reusable visual library gave the new clinic authentic assets from day one.
A public presence that could better match the standard of care.
By the end of the project, Lotus had a complete set of patient-facing assets, including clearer routes for implant inquiries, upfront educational guides, and videos showing the real care behind the scenes. This allowed Lotus Tokyo to launch on day one with an authentic, cinematic web presence, with patients directly sharing that the content gave them the confidence to book.
If your work is stronger than the way it currently comes across, the first step is to make the gap clear.
