Dental Implant Custom Landing Page
A key project for Lotus Dental Clinic was designing a custom landing page to attract more implant patients. Since implant clients are highly profitable and Dr. Yano specialises in this area, we focused on growing this service.
Our strategy recognised that implant-seekers often already know the basics of the procedure. They’re looking for the best clinic to provide treatment.
To make the clinic stand out, we used engaging visuals, clear descriptions, and highlighted successful patient cases to emphasise its advantages.
Landing Page Data Analysis & Refinement
Launching the landing page is just the first step. We then use data from online visitors to improve and find out what on the site is working well and what perhaps isn’t getting interacted with in the way we want.
Sessions: Total number of visitors.
Clicks: Number of times users interacted with the page.
Average Time on Page: How long visitors stay on the page.
Average Scroll Depth: How far users scroll down before leaving.
We also have detailed data, including a heat map that highlights the areas where users click the most on the site. The image above shows our FAQ section, revealing that one button is significantly more popular than the others. This insight indicates that we should explore this area in greater detail.
Another valuable tool we utilise is a scroll heat map, which indicates where users typically drop off on the page. A sudden drop-off suggests that a section may not be engaging or relevant, prompting us to explore ways to enhance it or adjust the content flow. Conversely, the farther down users scroll, the more relevant the content appears to be.
Rewriting English Page Content
In regards to rewriting Lotus Dental Clinic’s main websites English page content. We carefully researched keyword data to see what people are searching for in Tokyo for dental clinics. We found a keyword with high search volume, but low competitiveness. We wrote all the content to be relevant and helper to the reader who are searching for an english speaking dentist in Tokyo.
Another crucial aspect was ensuring that all meta titles and tags were accurate, as these details help Google and other search engines understand the content of the site. Once we were confident in the content, we published it. Within just a few days, impressions increased from an average of 17 per day to over 160 in the first month, and we expect this growth to continue in the coming months.
Graphic Design Projects
To attract more implant patients, we designed a billboard to be placed on a main road leading to the clinic. Our goal was to create a design that was striking and attention-grabbing. While the clinic's white and blue colours are harmonious, we incorporated a complementary orange to make the billboard truly stand out. Although this colour isn't part of the original colour scheme, we believe it significantly enhances the billboard's visibility.
Using the photos we had of the building, we created the mock-ups below to illustrate what the final billboard would look like both during the day and at night.
An internal flyer for staff was created to reinforce the clinic’s values and service standards, and it is reviewed during their closing discussions.
